Unboxing Video Required

Customers are required to record an unboxing video while opening the package at the time of delivery.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package
  • Opening of the package
  • The product received inside

This video is necessary in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Missing item
  • Wrong product

Without a proper unboxing video, return or refund requests may not be accepted.
